7 One One Palm is a boutique condominium under development in downtown Sarasota. The 5-story building, consisting of 16 contemporary units plus ample amenities, was designed by award-winning Sarasota architect Mark Sultana of DSDG Architecture. After Seaward Development had failed to launch the product in two previous opportunities, they came to us and requested a branding and marketing strategy for the third launch, so that they could effectively position the project within the market.
Pepe and his team have shown wonderful creativity in their work product and have always been very responsive. They are an essential part of our team!
